Donations & payments
6 questions
How will my donation be used?
General donations go to the most urgent needs of the units we work with. A donation to a specific project is used only for that project.
After every fundraiser we publish a report with photos, videos and documents.
Can I support a specific project?
Yes. On the “Support” page choose “Specific project” and pick the fundraiser from the list.
What payment methods can I use?
A bank card via LiqPay or WayForPay, PayPal, a SWIFT transfer, a bank transfer using our details, or cryptocurrency.
Can I donate from abroad?
Yes. International donors can pay by card, PayPal, SWIFT or cryptocurrency.
Can I set up a monthly donation?
We are working on recurring payments. For now, write to us and we will suggest a convenient option.
Can a donation made by mistake be refunded?
Write to us as soon as possible with the payment details — we review every case individually.
Projects & aid
4 questions
How do you choose projects and requests?
We work only with verified requests from military units and prioritise the most critical needs.
How is a unit's need verified?
We check the documents and confirm the request with soldiers of the unit before the fundraiser starts.
What happens if a unit's need changes after a fundraiser starts?
We agree the change with the unit and announce it publicly. The funds go to the current need of the same unit.
Where can I see the results of a completed project?
On the “Projects” page under “Completed projects” and on the “Transparency” page.
Transparency & security
5 questions
Why don't you publish the names of some units and all project documents?
Part of our aid goes to non-public military units. For security reasons we cannot disclose information that could identify a unit, its personnel, location, logistics or the nature of specific needs.
At the same time, the full set of supporting documents on fundraising, purchasing and handover is kept by NGO “Prylutska Diaspora”. Documents that cannot be made public are provided to independent auditors as part of reviewing the organisation's activities.
We publish everything that can be disclosed without putting soldiers at risk.
How is a handover to a non-public unit verified?
Every handover is confirmed with a signed act and photo or video evidence. These materials are kept by the organisation and available to auditors.
Who has access to documents that are not published?
The organisation's management and independent auditors during a review.
Is the organisation independently audited?
We are open to independent reviews. Audit results will be published on the “Transparency” page.
Where can I check the organisation's official registration?
Registration documents are published on the “Transparency” page. The data can also be checked in the Unified State Register of Ukraine.
